Seeking a calm, reliable after-school caregiver for two children (ages 7 & 11) in Fate/Rockwall. Schedule is Mon-Wed, 2:30-6:30 PM, with occasional extra hours available. Duties include school pickup, snacks, homework help, guiding routines, and light household tasks (tidying, dishes, backpack prep). One child has ADHD and dyslexia, so patience, gentle structure, and positive reinforcement are important. Ideal fit is kind, organized, dependable, communicates well, and supports a calm, respectful environment--no harsh discipline. Must have reliable transportation, clean driving record, and be comfortable driving kids. CPR certified or willing to obtain. Competitive pay based on experience.
