About the job
Richmond family needs a part-time care assistant. Our son has special needs and doesn't sit, talk, or walk. He goes to Therapies and you will need to go along with one of the parents. You will need to prepare his bags and help feed. He weighs 32 lbs and will need to lift him up and into his chairs and from places. Experience with special needs is a plus, but not required. You do have to be willing to learn and treat them just like everyone else. He is a joy to be around and a calm child.
