I have a job offer to work out of town, 28 days on and 28 days off. I would be leaving my 8-year-old daughter in the care of my parents, who are in their 60s. I need someone who can pick up my daughter from school each day, take her to practices, classes, or outings, and return her to my parents' home in the evening. There may be options to work on weekends, but I am happy to discuss this with the caregiver. As my folks age, there may be opportunities for housekeeping and eldercare, but at this time, that's not a factor. I need someone loving and kind to be present and reliable for my daughter while I am away.
