Im looking for someone who can help support my son, who is on the autism spectrum and currently being homeschooled. He needs a patient and consistent person who is willing to learn, guide, and assist him with daily learning tasks, routines, and behavior support. This doesnt have to be someone with years of experience a paraprofessional, education major, psychology major, or anyone who has a genuine interest in working with neurodivergent kids would be great. The most important qualities are patience, reliability, and a willingness to work with him at his pace. This person would be helping me implement structure, keep him on task, practice skills, and support him through his learning time. Were looking for someone who wants to grow with him, learn alongside us, and make a positive impact in his development.
