My child is autistic. He does his own thing, loves to play . He loves to go outside in the backyard with supervision of course. He is autistic and non verbal but he can guide you to what he is wanting. Once you know him and his routine he is pretty easy going. But he is a toddler and being non verbal he does get frustrated not being able to communicate his needs
