The kids love being outdoors, reading, coloring, and arts Educational program based on age Provide full-time, hands-on care for a2-year-old in a safe, loving, and engaging environment. • Plan and lead age-appropriate activities such as reading, coloring, sensory play, outdoor exploration, music, and simple arts & crafts. • Support developmental milestones including language, motor skills, independence, and social-emotional growth. • Maintain daily routines including meals, snacks, diapering/potty training readiness, and naps. • Encourage positive behavior using gentle, age-appropriate guidance and redirection. • Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for the child. • Keep play areas, toys, and child-related spaces tidy and organized. • Communicate daily updates with parents regarding activities, meals, naps, and any concerns. • Ensure child safety at all times, indoors and outdoors.
