Special Needs Caregiver Needed!

Multiple caregivers needed for 21-year-old daughter with special needs. Will be able to remain calm if things get stressful and be willing to follow a preventative plan to keep things running as smoothly as possible. Be able to see others point of view and willing to take gentle correction in order to eventually fully be able to self navigate challenges that may arise. I am where I am understanding how her mind works due to 21 years experience and Id never expect somebody to have it figured out immediatelybut you must be willing to know you could be wrong and open minded that her quirks sometimes defy logical reasoning. Needs to be able to work together with other staff (likely through text and other forms of communication) in order to assure consistency between staff. Various shifts needed long term.
