We are two families in search of a full-time shared nanny to care for our 3 children (ages: 2 years in Feb, 2 years Feb, and 8 months), with a fourth beginning care at 6 months old in August 2024. Both of our homes have been set up in a Montessori-style environment, and the children have been together since they were infants. The role involves providing safe and engaging care while fostering the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Daily responsibilities include establishing and maintaining routines, planning age-appropriate activities, preparing meals and snacks for the children, and overseeing hygiene.
