About the job
my child is 6 months old but was born almost 2 months early, so he is on track with a 4-month-old. he is a very good baby but requires attention and someone experienced with babys. When I am gone I will need you to change and feed him as well as floor play and nap time. I will need some flexibility as I am not sure what my work schedule will look like yet, but it is only 2-3 hours max and maybe a night here and there.
