About the job

I am the director of a homeschool co-op. I am looking for care for my 3-year-old daughter 2 days a week while I teach at the co-op for the duration of the 24-25 school year. She is an international adoptee from India with ASD. She uses ASL and an AAC to communicate. We have 2 cats and 8 chickens. We are outside everyday no matter the weather. We live our lives in alignment with Mama Nature. We eat mostly organic Whole Foods and heal our bodies naturally whenever possible. We practice conscious discipline with our children and do not use ABA or other behavior training methods. We honor and respect all religions and do not believe there is one right or wrong way. I know this is all very specific but I looking for that just right person that is magically aligned with our family and will fit right in and feel at peace with our way of life.
