About the job

My husband and I are looking for a caretaker for our 4-month-old. We are practicing Elimination Communication with her and are very successful, we would want her caretaker to continue this practice. We would help demonstrate and educate about this process, and we absolutely do not expect perfection! A willingness to learn and work with her is all we ask for. We have 2 pets that are very loving and well trained. Help with some food prep is appreciated and minimal house work including vacuuming and dishes. My husband works full time in the office, and I work in an office 3 days a week then from home for 2. Ideally, we would hand our little one off by 8 a.m. then a parent would be home by 5:00 p.m. M-W. We would like our LO to get out of the house daily, weather permitting, for a short walk or some time in the backyard.
