I want to help my daughter, but I live in Michigan. Husband is deaf. Sign language skill would be a blessing! Pregnant mom with toddlers who prevent her from sleeping. Hard to keep up with housekeeping. There are 2 older children who are in school during the day and need to get to school and picked up after school.
