Our 2 Year Old Son Needs A New Longterm Nanny

Were looking for a long-term nanny to care for our energetic and curious 2-year-old son. He is super active, loves to learn, and needs someone who can gently guide him, encourage communication, and set clear, loving boundaries. Finding someone with the heart of a teacher is going to be important to us. We work from home and are around during the day, so were looking for someone who is comfortable in that dynamic and can take the lead with confidence. You'll also be responsible for preparing healthy meals and snacks for him. We have two full-sized greyhounds who are very sweet and very lazy, so comfort with dogs is important.
