Daytime Nanny For Sweet Newborn With Work-From-Home Parents

My husband and I are seeking to hire a nanny to care for our newborn as we both return to work with hybrid work-from-home schedules. We are an easy going family of 3 who is absolutely enjoying our little one and watching him grow! We are hoping to find a nanny with experience and a passion for caring for little babies, who would become a trusted care provider for our son in his home environment. We currently work hybrid schedules but are anticipating moving to fully remote work in the next few months. My husband currently works mostly in home but occasionally travels to clients. I currently work half at home and half in-office. The schedule below is what I anticipate at the start, however, we would discuss changes and availabilities with the right candidate before contracts are finalized. We just need help now!
