Watch My 19 Mo Old For 6hrs A Day For 1 Month

I am stating a training program where I will need someone to watch my daughter for 5-6 hours a day for 4 weeks. She is 19 months old and is extremely attached to me as she has never been without me except for an hour or two with my mom a handful of times. I am looking for someone who is excellent at comforting a very sad child. My parenting style is gentle/positive parenting as well as Montessori method so I am looking for someone who is familiar with and aligns with those methods.
