I am looking for a reliable backup babysitter(1-2 times per month) to cover a 48-hour shift in our home, primarily caring for our 6-month-old baby who is on a consistent routine. We also have three older children who are very independent and require little to no assistance, just general supervision. The position pays a flat rate of $500 for the full 48 hours. Im looking for someone trustworthy, experienced with infants, and comfortable managing a long in-home shift while maintaining a safe and calm environment.
