Evening Family Assistant/Nanny/Housekeeper (M-F 4-9pm + Weekends)

We're a loving family in Katy seeking a reliable Evening Family Assistant/Nanny for long-term support. We have 3 kids (8, 22m, 5m) and an amazing assistant, Mariana, who handles days. After my husband's stroke in July of this year, we're building a new rhythm for our kids and need someone steady, warm, and committed. Schedule: Mon-Fri 4-9pm, every other Sat, and 1st/3rd/5th Sun 3-7:30 p.m. Occasional overnights (1-2/month). Role: A true hybrid, childcare + household management. Tasks include dinner prep, feeding baby, caring for toddler, kitchen cleanup, floors, nightly home reset, laundry, bathrooms, organizing kids' areas, pantry/fridge/freezer resets, ingredient inventory, rotating deep-clean tasks, plus weekend meal prep and home reset.
