Needing help with my 7-month-old daughter. My mother is here all day and watches over her but needs help. Baby gets fussy before naps and its hard for my mom to carry her. My wife works 3 days out the week and its random days. It will only be days she works throughout the week and the times would be 12-5:30 p.m. Baby is learning how to crawl and loves being on the floor so needs attention.
