After School Caregiver/PT (290 And Huffmeister)

I'm looking for a reliable long term after school Caregiver for my 11-year-old son. My son has muscular dystrophy, he can walk around independently, but his mobility is limited, he needs help with light stretching, self-care, putting on clothes, shower etc. This is recurring long-term care for my son. HOURS: Weekdays 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. RATE: $15-$20per hour 1. Assist with light yoga stretching routines- 45 minutes (parent will provide printed instructions and training for stretching) 2. Assist with daily shower, self-care, tidy up, bed, toys etc. (20 minutes) 3. Assist with meal prep like chopping veggies/fruit, light housekeeping tasks like wash towels/sheets, take out trash, load/unload dishwasher etc. (30 -40 min)
