Seeking a reliable long-term nanny/caregiver for consistent support in my home. The schedule includes evenings, weekends, and overnights approximately 1-2 times per month, with all shifts scheduled in advance. Must also be able to provide full in-home care for 4-5 consecutive days, about 3-4 times per year (also planned). Looking for someone stable, patient, and dependable who can maintain a calm, structured, and nurturing environment. Light household support included.
