Must be comfortable with big dogs. Change & feed my 1-year-old able to wake the older kids up for school and make sure they are up and out the door by 7:10 my 1-year-old takes long naps throughout the day that's normal for him he also love watching tv and playing with his toys I may also need the nanny to stay the days I'm out of town for work must have reliable transportation and very good communicating
