SLP/Speech Background Or Specially-Trained Weekend Sitter For Non-Speaking 5 Year Old

We have 2 autistic sons - 8 and 5. We are primarily looking for weekend care for our younger one, who is largely non-speaking (has about 50-75 words, mainly food items). He is incredibly happy, playful, and sweet. Ideally looking for someone to come most Saturday or Sunday mornings (or both) for about 2. 5-3 hours but we could be flexible. Occasionally we may ask you to care for the older one (but never both at the same time). The older one is very gifted academically but sometimes struggles with emotional regulation.
