Full Time Nanny For A Newborn

Looking for a full time (5 days a week, +/- 8 hours a day) nanny for our newborn. Ideally someone who is 30+ years old and has at least two experiences with newborns/families (that are not relatives) where she stayed with the family for at least 6-12 months. We have a cleaning lady, but this person should be willing to help with household work as well. College education preferred but not a must.
