Nanny Needed For Our 7-month Old Son

We are looking to hire a nanny for our 7-month-old son for during the week. My wife and I both work however hours will occasionally be flexible but our expectation would be a standard Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with additional time as needed. Primary duties would include meeting the needs of our 7-month-old on a daily basis while creating a nurturing environment for him to thrive while secondary duties for our family would include light housekeeping, meal prep, and occasionally watching after our 4-year-old daughter. Our daughter is gone most of the day at school during the school year and camp most weeks when summer rolls around. We will only consider applicants who are mature, responsible, experienced, nurturing, and cordial. Our preference would be to pay a salary on a weekly or biweekly basis with additional pay as needed for more hours that go over a certain threshold. However we can be negotiable with this once we find the right person. Our primary goal is to hire someone who is capable of bonding with our son, taking the job of meeting his needs seriously, and is capable of being on time as well as flexible when needed.
