Nanny Needed For My Children My oldest is mostly self sufficient and turning 7 next week. She is a kind, compassionate and helpful little lady. My youngest is 2 years old and has muscular dystrophy. He is cognitively highly intelligent but cannot walk, crawl, use the restroom. But he can feed himself, self entertain, and keep you laughing with his comedic personality.
