Nanny For Newborn

Looking for a nanny for a newborn due in January. Has to be comfortable with pets as we have 3 dogs. Ideally someone who speaks both English and Spanish. Must have flexible schedule - some days be able to start earlier/end earlier based on our work schedules. Ideally about 30-40 hours/week depending on the week. Ideally looking for someone long-term that can build trust with our family and relationship with the baby. One small and 2 large. 2 very calm and 1 very active.
