Schedule • Minimum 24 hours/week guaranteed • Typically Monday–Thursday, around 8am–2/3 p.m. • Some flexibility needed for occasional Fridays or shifting hours • Opportunity for additional hours as our work schedule becomes more consistent Responsibilities Infant Care & Engagement • Provide loving, attentive, hands-on care • Bottle prep and feeding • Tummy time, developmental play, and early learning activities • Reading, singing, and interactive play • Establishing and supporting nap routines Light Baby-Related Tasks • Washing bottles, pump parts, and baby dishes • Baby laundry • Keeping nursery, play areas, and baby items tidy Qualifications • Experience caring for young infants • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Reliable, communicative, patient, and nurturing • Comfortable with a parent working from home • Looking for a long-term position and consistency and someone who will take initiative
