We are looking for someone long-term who can support our family and help care for our kids (ages 6, 3, and 1-month-old). Ideal candidate is loving, reliable, patient, experienced with infants, and enjoys being engaged and present. Schedule: Monday 9-5, Tuesday 9-5, Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-1. Occasional date nights if open to it. Primary duties: childcare, play, reading, learning activities, infant care (feeding, changing, naps), and helping keep a calm, structured environment. Secondary duties as time allows: light tidying, kids laundry, unloading dishwasher, helping the home run smoothly when kids are napping or busy.
