We need help one day a week and that day will most likely be Tuesday or Thursday. I will verify soon with my boss. I leave for work at 6 a.m. and will be home around 2 or 2:30. Just to give a heads up, We do have a German shepherd, but no care is expected for him; we take care of him before we leave. He's a really awesome dog and is so kind, but he is energetic. We usually leave him outside during the days, so you wouldn't have to worry about him. Our son is an easy baby! He's very good at settling back down after diaper changes and feedings. He sleeps well during the day. We can even have the TV on, vacuuming running, etc and he won't wake up. I am breastfeeding, so there's a stash of breastmilk in our garage freezer I'd have you use for his feedings. Formula can also be used, but my preference is breast milk.
