Nanny Needed For 1 Child

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child for helping health professional single-parent. I have a 2nd guestroom dedicated for childcare provider with. Full bath to use as well. Live-in during the week would be available. We would prefer someone who could help out with light meals/housekeeping for the child while in our home. Will require 1-3 nights a week overnight - no adults will be in the home overnight if nanny is here. CPR training is a plus and can be provided. Must have reliable transportation. Non-smoking. Looking for minimum 1 year commitment ideally. $500/week salary with PTO.
