I'm looking for a caring, reliable nanny to help care for our 2-year-old during the day. My toddler is not yet potty trained but we're starting the process and would love someone patient and encouraging who can help support this stage. I also have an 11-year-old and a 14-year-old, though both are in school during the day. Occasionally, one or both may be home for school holidays or staff development days, but they're very independent and won't require much supervision. Typical responsibilities include engaging our toddler in age-appropriate play and learning activities, preparing snacks or simple meals, and keeping play areas tidy. I'd love someone who enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and helping little ones learn through play.
