We are a blended family in Conroe with three children and a schedule that shifts week-to-week. My partner and I each have one child from previous relationships (ages 9 and 3), and we share one child together (infant) We consistently have one child in the home, while the 9-year-old and 3-year-old alternate between households based on custody schedules. We are seeking a reliable, warm, and flexible in-home nanny who can comfortably adapt to our rotating custody routine and my hybrid work schedule. I primarily work remotely, but I am occasionally required to go into the office or attend court appearances. These full-day requirements vary, but you will always receive advance notice. We are open to two arrangements: Live-in nanny with a weekly stipend In-home on a flexible schedule, with the understanding that the weekly schedule will vary.
