Both parents are hybrid workers, so someone will likely be home most weekdays, but we can't work and provide full time care of the baby. Additionally, we have a grand parent who will also be assisting with child care, so we are hoping to find someone who can work two weeks out of the month, versus 4 weeks. It can be two straight weeks or every other week. Kaylee is 4 months old and a very happy baby girl.
