We are looking for a warm, patient, and reliable nanny to join our family and care for our baby. Ideal candidates are engaging, safety-minded, and enjoy creating sensory-rich, developmentally supportive activities. Someone who can help establish healthy routines and thrives in a calm, structured environment. Our little one is incredibly sweet and curious. When shes well-rested, shes very content playing independently and exploring her surroundings. She currently has some reflux and is still learning how to sleep independently, so we rely on contact naps for now. Were actively working on improving both, and wed love a nanny who is comfortable with contact napping and patient with a baby who needs a little extra support to settle. Experience with helping babies transition to independent sleep gently and gradually is a huge plus.
