Requirements: CPR/first-aid certified Comfortable with cameras in the home Willing to provide quick updates/photos during the day Boundaries: Doors stay open during care & diapering No visitors allowed Minimal phone use (emergencies only) Expectations: Follow her simple routine (meals, naps, play) Engage her with age-appropriate play & learning, not screen time Be reliable, honest, calm & nurturing We want this to feel like a respectful partnership with clear boundaries.
