My child will be 4mo old at the start date of this posting. Ideally his caregiver would be experienced in working with infants from 4-12mo in age and knows how to help provide engaging tummy time, reading time, diaper changing, bottle feeding, and is able to follow and provide experience/insight on a feeding and nap schedule. We hope our nanny would also be able to help our baby discover his new skills as they develop by providing healthy structure for age appropriate activities and learnings to aid with developmental milestones for his age! My wife and I work full-time from home, so there would always be at least one parent in the house. We have a dog, but he spends most of the day in the office with dad, so you won't be responsible for petcare.
