Hello! My name is Deanna (30) and my husband's name is Cameron (29). My husband and I are planning to begin starting our own family (hopefully get pregnant this year and have a child in 2025). However, we both have schedules with 12 hour shifts. Luckily, his is from 6a-6p and mine's from 7a-7p so there's some overlap. Both schedules rotate from W-F or Thur-Sat (but we don't have the same Wednesday off, so one of us would be home that day.) So, we would try and make it to where we only need care from 630a (around the time I leave for work) to 630p (around the time he gets home from work) on either Thursday and Friday one week and then 630a-630p Thursday, Friday Saturday the next. He works every Saturday, I work every other Saturday. So I would need someone at least every other Saturday. If you can't tell, I like to plan ahead ; p
