About the job
We have a 6-month-old daughter, and my wife is a little overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything between her naps, feeding, pumping, etc. I want to get her some help so she can get more of her own things done, go run around, have a life outside of every day being the same while I work. Our daughter is a bad napper, so someone who knows about that would be ideal. It is hard to get her down, and she only sleeps for 20-30 minutes, so there's no getting anything done around the house. Right now we try to get her 3-4 naps a day, but that doesn't always happen.
