My baby girl is a newborn. So the provider must be comfortable with babies and have years of experience, she will be given bottles so they need to know how to feed. I also have 3 small dogs so they need to be ok with letting them out and comfortable around them. I work a 9-5 and work from home mainly but also go into the field to peoples homes. I can create my own schedule but it changes a lot so I would need flexibility. When Im home they will need to be present as Im on calls and need help the full time.
