Loving Babysitter Needed For 10-Month-Old Baby (Mom Working From Home)

We're a bilingual (Spanish-English) family looking for a caring babysitter for our 10-month-old. We follow gentle parenting with no screens, lots of reading, music, floor play, and interaction. Our baby is already walking and loves to explore, so we need someone with real experience with babies who knows how to engage, talk, play, and keep him safe and entertained at all times. Mom works from home and is currently packing for a move, so you'll never be completely alone, but you will have full focus on the baby.
