About the job
We have a bright, curious 13-month-old daughter who loves books, music, exploring outside, and being talked to. Shes walking, climbing, and loves visiting the nearby park each morning. Were looking for a nanny who enjoys early learning (reading, sensory play, and helping her discover new skills). My husband and I both work from home (I host a psychology-and-culture podcast and were building a creative tech startup), so we need someone comfortable with parents occasionally working nearby or stepping out to a coffee shop. Our home is very calm, quiet and creative, with lots of natural light and a daily rhythm she thrives on. Light help with her laundry, tidying play areas, or prepping simple snacks would be appreciated. Reliability, warmth, and curiosity are key for us.
