Children: Newborn (due in July), 3-year-old (In school Monday/Wednesday/Friday, from 9 am -1 pm, 6-year-old (On the Autism spectrum and attends speech therapy. In school M-F, 9 am - 1/2 pm). Primary care is for the older two children. Occasional care for all 3 children. Compensation: $30 - $32/HR based on education and experience Start Date: ASAP for a year agreement with a possible extension. Family is hoping to hire long-term. Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays + 1 additional week day of nanny's choice. 9 am - 6 pm end time (36 hours per week guaranteed). Option to work additional hours during weekend or evening date night shift, two per month minimum, either a weekday evening and weekend afternoons/mornings, to agreed upon in advance. Pets: None Location: 78735 Barton Creek Duties: Full care Children's meals Schedule and implement age-appropriate activities such as crafts, sensory bins, and outdoor play Keep the children's bedroom/play area and common areas clean Children's laundry Load and unload the dishwasher Tag team outings with mom To be performed when not responsible for the children: Folding family laundry Assist with putting away delivered groceries Communicating with weekly housekeepers Pre-prep dinner items for the family Prepare healthy snacks and activities for the child Rotate toys Household organization Running errands Desired Nanny Qualities: A patient and efficient nanny who is reliable and punctual, positive and easy-going, and will engage children in a nurturing way. A proactive, effective communicator who is comfortable with praying before meals and bedtime, and comfortable working with Mom as a team.
