Weekly Help With Autistic 11 Year Old And Cleaning

About the job

We are looking for someone to hang out and play video games with our 11-year-old with autism. He's usually calm but occasionally gets very stressed out and needs someone who can stay calm. He needs help preparing food, going with him to the bathroom (just outside the door, so he's not alone), and just generally hanging out with him. He's only able to interact for a few hours a day, so when he doesn't need you, we'd like help with cleaning - basic chores or more deep cleaning, depending on your interest and ability. We're near Bee Cave Rd and Cuernavaca Rd and strongly prefer someone who doesn't have a long drive, since traffic can be so unpredictable and add to your hours. We're hoping for 6 hours on Wednesdays - can be flexible about start time and number of hours except we definitely need 11:30-2:30. We have two cats. Thank you!
