Part-Time Nanny For Twin Infants (Potential Full-Time Start In January) - East Austin (MLK Area)

We're Maddy and Roel, parents of 6-week-old twin girls in East Austin. We are both on parental leave and looking for part-time help now (2-3 weekdays/week, either two full days or three half-days) with infant care and light household tasks (bottles, baby laundry, tidying, etc.). The role would ideally transition to full-time in January as we return to work. We're seeking someone warm, patient, reliable, and communicative, with strong infant experience (twins or multiples a plus). Spanish-speaking preferred for early language exposure/immersion. Our home is calm, modern, and friendly, and we'd love to find someone who feels like part of our family and helps give our girls a wonderful start!
