Full-Time Nanny / House Manager Job Description Location: South Austin, Texas Schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, with some evenings + 4 hours on Saturdays) Start Date: no later than mid December 2025 Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and nurturing full-time Nanny/House Manager to support our growing family and help keep our household running smoothly. The ideal candidate is experienced with newborns and toddlers, highly organized, and comfortable balancing childcare with light household management duties. Primary Responsibilities: Childcare Duties: • Provide attentive, loving care to a newborn (due January 2026) • Assist with toddler care as needed (e. g., playtime, meals, routines) • Diapering, bottle feeding, and supporting naps and developmental milestones • Engage in age-appropriate, enriching activities both indoors and outdoors • Drive children to and from activities as needed • Evening care as needed (with advance notice) • Saturday care for 4 hours weekly (e. g., morning or early afternoon) Household Management: • Prepare simple, healthy family meals and snacks • Light housekeeping (e. g., tidying common areas, dishes, laundry, making beds) • Maintain organization systems (e. g., closets, playroom, kitchen) • Grocery shopping, errands, and inventory management • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the children and household • Collaborate with parents to manage household calendars, appointments, and to-do lists
