SAHM Needs A Sidekick! $60-70k/yr Full Time In West Austin

We have 3 kids ages 5, 3 and 6 months (and a friendly cat!) and are looking for a long term nanny to join our family. I am a stay at home mom and am actively involved in my kids lives, but with 3 of them all on different schedules I need a partner to help! Our two older kids are in school til 3 p.m. and have after school activities most afternoons. The first half of the day would just be watching the baby and helping with light household chores while the baby naps. After school we will usually be working in tandem to divide and conquer - one of us shuttling a kid to and from activities while the other watches the other 2 kids at home. We limit the kids access to screen time and prefer they spend as much time outdoors as possible. The ideal nanny for us is active and engaging and likes getting the kids out of the house. Should also be comfortable holding boundaries and not get flustered by a toddler tantrum. Proactively finding ways to help out without needing constant direction is a huge plus. Duties include but not limited to: school pickup/drop off, light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, picking up toys etc.), making kids lunches, and running errands. Must be flexible and willing to help out where needed!
