**Job Title: Full-Time Nanny** **Location:** South of Broad, CHS. **Job Type:** Full-Time, Monday through Friday. **Start Date:** June 3, 2024. **About the Family:** We are a loving family seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to care for our two young children, a 17-month-old and a 3-year-old. We value a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our kids to grow and thrive. **Job Description:** As our full-time nanny, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our two children during the week. Your duties will include: - **Child Care:** Engage the children in age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Supervise playtime, and ensure a safe environment. - **Meal Preparation:** Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies. - **Routine Management:** Maintain a consistent daily routine that includes meals, nap times, and playtimes. - **Educational Activities:** Facilitate learning through interactive play, reading, and crafts. Encourage language development and fine motor skills, especially in preparation for preschool. - **Outdoor Activities:** Supervise outdoor play and organize outings/park visits to encourage a healthy lifestyle. - **Light Housekeeping:** Manage children's areas, clean up after meals, and keep play areas tidy. - **Communication:** Maintain open communication with the parents about daily activities, developmental milestones, and any concerns. **Qualifications:** - Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. - Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider, with references. - First Aid and CPR certified. - Passionate about working with children and fostering a positive environment. - Ability to plan, organize, and multitask with minimal supervision. - Background check and clean driving record. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary (to be discussed based on experience and qualifications). - Potential for long-term employment and growth. **To Apply:** Please send your resume, cover letter, and at least two childcare-related references.
