Full-time, Long-term Nanny Wanted In Brentwood

My husband and I are seeking a full-time, long-term nanny for our 3-month-old daughter, E, beginning mid-June/early-July. We both work from home, so we will be present in the home throughout the day. We are looking for support from 10AM-5 p.m. M-F. We are looking for an emotionally intelligent, patient caregiver who can keep our daughter on a structured routine. Someone who will help cultivate a safe, calm environment and practice co-regulation in moments of big feelings. We would like to find someone who is familiar with developmentally appropriate activities and who will stay engaged with E throughout her wake time. E is a smiley and alert 3 mo old. She loves spending time under the trees and in her nursery working on rolling over, playing with her stuffed animals, and enjoying story time. While she thrives on routine she is quite adaptable and always seems willing to try something new. Ideally, our nanny would be a native Spanish speaker but not a requirement. Potential for a nanny share with one other infant.
