Hello. I'm looking for someone who has lots of experience and knowledge of the newborn age. Someone who is very confident at sleep cues, hunger cues, newborn development and safety, how to put an infant down for a nap, how to soothe an upset infant, knowing the difference between hunger and tired, etc. The ideal candidate would be organized and proactive as well, to make the most of available time while my son is napping.
