We're looking for a PT nanny to care for our 4yo son weekday mornings, until lunch/nap time. amazing playgrounds and lots of trails for bike rides! We also have a pool so playing outside is almost always an option. O. has some mental health challenges that have made the group setting of a daycare center untenable. He sees a psychiatrist for ADHD, anxiety, and emotional disturbance. He's medicated, but requires 1-on-1 attention and heavy emotional support. His frustration tolerance is low and he can be quite insecure at times. Our ideal caregiver would be gentle, but firm. He does well with engaged, outgoing people who like to talk and explain things, and who have a hidden love for building things with Duplos or magnetic tiles.
